When laying the foundations of NOMA, we were driven by a clear insight: in such a popular and dynamic location as Sunny Beach, there was a missing piece – a hotel that brings together true rest, subtle luxury, smart design, and personal care – without compromise, without excess, and without clichés.

Our mission was not simply to build a structure, but to create a feeling – of home, of care, of freedom. A place where you can withdraw without isolating. Be steps away from everything, and yet feel only peace and the scent of olive trees. Combine a business visit with relaxation, or lose yourself in a green garden as the sea breeze floats in on the wind.

We created NOMA in response to a growing need – that of the modern traveller who values space, style, and a human touch. Today, as we welcome guests into this new and different world, we ourselves feel that what we’ve built is not just a hotel, but an experience that lingers.
