Noma Boutique Hotel is a five-star, “Adults only” (16+) boutique hotel offering a peaceful, cozy, and luxurious stay. It features double standard rooms, deluxe double rooms (with a private jacuzzi), studios, and apartments—all designed for exclusive, quiet relaxation.

III. User Consent

These Terms must be accepted to use the Site. If you do not agree, please leave the site immediately. Continued use constitutes agreement to abide by them.

IV. Rights and Obligations of Noma Boutique Hotel

1.The Hotel may publish text, graphics, and other information on the Site for users’ conscientious use.

XI. Reservation & Cancellation Conditions

A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation.

Cancellations:

More than 7 days before check-in: full refund of the deposit.

7 days or fewer before: non‑refundable deposit.

In case of early departure: no refund.

Remaining payment is due upon check-in.





 


Damages & Liability:
Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

Food Removal:
Taking food or drinks out of the restaurant is not permitted.
